「Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.」

Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. 「very clean and well equipped room」

「The location is great! walking distance from shops, restaurants, a Super Tesco and the underground station! The room was a great size for a solo traveller and i was comfortable. Two points of improvement 1) Please add a full length mirror somewhere in the rooms. 2) My suite was street facing and on street level. If half the windows were frosted, I’d be able to get some sunlight into the room. Unfortunately I kept the blinds lowered. Overall, I do intend to stay with Bob again.」

「Great location near by Charing Cross (around 5 mins walk). The kitchen in the room brought lots of convenience. However the water pressure was small and the hot water didn't last long. The breakfast was so so. The restaurant was small and had been busy between 8-10am.」

Although the room is small especially for a tall 6 foot guy it’s not bad. This is not a regular hotel stay in the traditional sense.
