"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. We were able to walk to dinner and our concert venue. The gym and sauna were a nice bonus! Yummy cafe for breakfast on site. We would definitely go back :) "

"Ended up staying here after having to leave another extremely unsafe hotel - and thank goodness we did. We spoke to a lady named Rose on the phone, explained our situation and she ensured we were set up when we got there with the front desk. The gentleman at the front, Roy - was an absolute sweetheart and after hearing the horrors we went through he provided us with free upgrades and a few perks so he ensured our stay was nothing like the last place. An hour after we checked in, we heard the phone ring only for it to be Roy ensuring the room was up to our standards, clean, and we felt safe here - it was the sweetest gesture ever. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and spotless - it screams luxury. 10/10 would stay again, the staff are lovely, everything is so close to walking distance or shirt uber. It wasn’t too expensive compared to some and had a pool and everything we didn’t even get to try because there was so much to do!"

"Very friendly staff. Jasmine at the front desk made our check in process very smooth and really set us off to a very positive experience. Facilities are clean. Location is great. Only downside is construction by the harbour on an early Sunday morning that was very audible from our room and we couldn’t sleep through it. "

"Lots of restaurants nearby and the big stadiums and cn tower are in walking distance, also right by union train station! All the staff were very friendly and the food and drinks at the cafe were good!! Would stay here again!"
