"The check-in is tediously long. The rooms are quite warm. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but it’s OK. If you’re expecting vending machines ice machine, machines, laundry anything like that this is not the hotel for you. They also do not have air-conditioning and only some of the rooms have dressers for your clothes. "

"The staff were all pleasant, especially the duty manager, Kieran. There were a few poor service issues which were quickly addressed and more than made up for. Kieran personally came to my room to apologise and suggest a resolution. All the staff we spoke to were lovely, the doorman Martino was great. Breakfast was nice, with both halal sausages & cold meats and pork sausages & bacon offered, catering to most patrons. Views over kensington gardens were awesome. The rooms were in great condition and clean. The location is great, and we ventured out via tube, driving, and walking on various days. I'd happily stay here again, and will do so in the future."

"Great stay. The family room was ample and fit 4 people perfectly. Staff were attentive and helpful, breakfast was good and had plenty of options and the pool was great for children. Very close to the tube and good value"

"The staff were helpful and the room was fine, but did not have enough plug sockets, ideally it would have plug sockets either side of the bed, and another for the kettle. "

"It was a very nice hotel spacious room with comfortable bed but the pillows weren't very good at all 1 wasnt enough 2 was to many no happy medium. The only thing that let it down was breakfast organised chaos it was like eating in a canteen not really impressed but the food was nice "

"The room was clean and the staff were pleasant. The bar staff confused a malt whisky with a gin but this was easily fixed. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but found an excellent range of options at cafes nearby"
