「Nina (front desk staff )is a good and competent employee; she has a kind attitude and is able to help guests solve all their problems.」

「We loved Ferrum! It’s a close location to Wembley Stadium and near a ton of grocery stores and restaurants. We also traveled from the airport to the hotel and the train dropped us right across the street, which is a huge plus!! Everyone was so nice to us and the description on the listing when we booked matched exactly what was said. Didn’t even realize with the full kitchen we got everything we needed to cook, which is a huge plus if you want to stay in and cook a meal」

「The staff are very friendly and helpful」

「Basic amenities ok. But no mini fridge or hairdryer in room a bit inconvenient.」

Did try to communicate via the app to ask for the number but they were unresponsive after the first message where they said the reception was closed. Was very helpful when we did get in. Once we did get...

「It was awful. The toilet seat was broken and the bed was definitely not cleaned. I don't recommend staying here.」

「I booked the room for just one night. The room was clean and even when the radiator was not working I called reception and they fixed it very quickly. Very friendly staff and helpful. I can recommend this place with no doubt」

「Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...
