「Beautiful spacious suite, great price」

「The room we had wasn’t great - no view and a weird closet (the bar to hang clothes was below our waist) but it was clean and served its purpose. It was close to the cruise port and had a shuttle but we were concerned because the luggage was piled high in the back with no safety netting. If the driver had to slam on the brakes, the people in the back could have been seriously injured! Mt he dining area was very nice - overlooked the marina. 」

「When arriving the checkin line was out the door. Which would be fine but the staff was taking 20-30 minutes per person to check in. Took over an hour to get checked in. Once checked in the room seemed clean but the air conditioning did not work and the faucet was broken in the bathroom. Since the room was staying at 75-80 and didn’t want to stand in line again we just stayed in the room. Also trying to call the front desk resulted in the phone just ringing with no answer. The bed is worn but...

「The area may not be a safe place bcos my car was stolen within the hotel parking area during my stay. Never happened to me for the +40 driving years! Guests need to pay more attention on their belongings. Despite this, the front desk staff are kind and very helpful by providing the CCTV videos and reporting the case to the LAPD. Its good that I bought the Full compensation insurance.」

「I must say I did not expect much from a room but at least I trust Expedia to bring this hotel to community. I was wrong. Street was unsafe with smell of animal feces that no one wants to take care. No parking but not hard to find one around. The room was not clean and full of mold smell. Staffs are ok, the room keys failed so many times that me and my husband was fighting each other due to the inconvenience of overalls. Please stay away if you have a better option 」

「房間冷氣很大聲影響睡覺, 浴室有提供洗髮乳跟潤髮乳, 但卻沒有提共沐浴乳,很奇怪! 雖然洗手台有放肥皂, 但很像是洗手用的! 房間的桌子沒有檯燈, 要工作燈光會太不明亮 」
