「The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be.」

「The property was relatively clean. Tub not good or bad just ok. Most of my interactions were with the front desk. He was lovely and very helpful. Parking was initially unclear because on hillside. Most hotels now have safety feature of using your card to your room to get upstairs. Not true here. TV service was very basic and the TV itself was unclear vocally and picture unstable. I know this is Hilton's lower end hotel but it was truely lower end」
