"This was my 2nd time staying here after 5 years from the first time and the hotel is still great. The room was clean and provided what you need. Location is convenient to the mountains. There is food options around and close to highway."

"One of the best and cleanest resorts I’ve stayed at in a while. My boyfriend and I loved the layout, the pools were huge and the hotel had plenty of amenities in it to do or use. We cooked a good majority of the time we were there, and it had everything simple you could need. Pots, pans, bowls, utensils etc. so so good for the price you pay and our view was the best part. We got a double balcony with a giant tub in our bedroom, the absolute best stay."

"We had a lovely stay! The property is gorgeous, and the views are absolutely stunning. While our overall experience was positive and we would happily return, we did notice a few areas for improvement. First, the breakfast felt overpriced for the options provided, and we noticed some trash left in common areas that wasn't cleared for a couple of hours, which made us wonder if the team was short-staffed. Additionally, since resort guests often look for diverse culinary experiences, we'd love to see the breakfast and dinner menus expanded in the future."

"I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. I thought that was so considerate. Then - on top of that, when checking out, I left some clothes in the bathroom. I called them and one of the staff, Matt, was so quick to spring into action to check for me. He looked in the room for me, was super communicative, and was a real hero in my book. Eventually ended up getting my items returned which was outstanding. Otherwise, the premise was extremely tidy, like - more tidy than hotels triple the price. So, if you're looking for comfort I wouldn't worry here. The town itself is pretty quaint. Not a whole lot of foot traffic if you're used to big cities but I don't imagine people stay here for night life! Overall solid stay -"

"The staff was polite and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The desk clerk had a bit of trouble finding my reservation at first, but eventually he found it. He informed me of all the amenities and thanked me for my booking. The room was adequate, although not as clean as I would have preferred. The TV remote was covered in dried-on food, and there were stains on the rug and walls near the window. There was also no handsoap in the bathroom, so we opted to just use the shower gel that was provided in order to wash hands. House keeping doesn't put fresh towels/ washcloths in daily, you must request this. The fridge in the room was very cold, this was great for keeping our drinks refreshingly chilled. The room was very quiet and the view of Cannon Mountain was lovely. There were plenty of TV channels, so we had no trouble finding something to watch. The breakfast was a bit Spartan, but adequate. The coffee was pretty good as far as hotel coffee goes. All in all, it was an adequate place to stay on a last minute booking."
