「Extremely friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Shown to room and advised although at front of hotel (ground floor next to main road) it would be nice and quiet. Complete opposite discovered when retiring to bed as cars constantly go through Woburn village - a local called it the 5th lane of the M1 and we likened it to being on the hard shoulder. Also didn’t help that doors were banged late at night by others - we had to go out of our room to ask others to be quiet. We had looked forward to...

「We recently stayed at Longs Inn in Woburn for one night and, unfortunately, were quite disappointed. The property is in need of some updating and, overall, we found it looked tired, outdated and rather scruffy. Our bedroom had clearly been dusted and hoovered, and the bed itself was comfortable, but the furniture was very old and the room generally felt like it needed some investment. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, with black mould around the edges of the shower. The bedroom...

「The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was close to transport links and we found the garden close by, was very beautiful. The accommodation was close to 2 supermarkets also which was handy. Upon arrival, the room we were given was very dusty but once we notified reception of this; they moved us to a new room entirely which was clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and we found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable; perfect for a very good night's sleep.」
