「We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip. 「Stayed here many times for work and also had a good stay. The food in the restaurant is exceptional and staff always happy to help. Will continue to come back. 」

「Easy to get to and with good links to the various parts of Bedfordshire, it was an ideal property for my stay given it's proximity to the location I needed to visit the following morning. The room had all that I needed for my stay including complimentary shower gels, water, tea & coffee offerings and the breakfast menu was varied enough that I had a good choice to choose from.」

「I came in June 2025 and came back in August 2025 and was just as pleased as the first stay. Perfect location, very clean rooms,,the staff is perfect informative and always helpful. My room was perfect with a perfect view. My first stay in June was for 6 nights and this stay in August was for 6 nights. You step out of the hotel directly to your safe boardwalk and it is located next to the town for all you needs and comfort 」

「Fantastic place for a stay over the MotoGP weekend. Warm friendly staff and very comfortable bed in a very pleasant room. Just two very minor observations - shower head positioning & water pressure. Sticky table in dining area. I would definitely stay here again.」
