Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Clean room, free parking, pleasant staff and a price that suited my budget. Will consider Redwings again in future.
The place was ideally located. It was pet friendly and dogwalking areas within a 15min car drive, but only a car pk at the place. The room is similar to a "travelodge" and very clean.Staff are friendly and helpful. The Indian takeaway next door is both excellent value and delicious. Breakfast is continental buffet but can be eaten at the small eating area or taken to the room.I would definitely use this place again.
The breakfast was worth having and served 6-10 which was ideal. The accommodation was quite noisy being next to a main road with traffic most of the day and early morning. For anyone visiting with children I would take an extension lead as not enough sockets for the gadgets they might have.
Nice countryside hotel with cows as neighbours. I had a window view room all i saw was green and cows.
Nuce comfortable beds. I will stay again. Plenty parking
Had a lovely clean room the staff were very friendly and made you welcome lovely and quite over looking green fields breakfast was very good coffee juice cereal and toast great value and defiantly use this lodge again thank you for making my stay very pleasant
Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Were using the accessible room which was very spacious for a wheelchair user. Bonus breakfast with cereals and toast tea coffee and orange juice. Ample parking convenient for M1 and our 1 night stopover.
The property was ‘cheap and cheerful’. Having said this you get what you pay for so if you are looking at having the finer luxuries then this probably isn’t for you. Check in and out was simple and the reception was attended 24 hours. I have to say that the hotel was very clean and given the price point didn’t disappoint. The included breakfast certainly isn’t a full English but cereals, toast and drinks. Would I stay here again? Yes.
