「The room was adequate for a one-night stay, but no frills. I didn't sleep well on the bed, but my partner did. The shower curtain was not wide enought for the tube: it wouldn't close on both sides, but I didn't get much water on the floor. Our room was next to the elevator, but I did not hear the elevator at all! Great!」

I live in Richmond and my mother came into town for my daughter’s high school graduation so it ended up being a staycation for me. 「Funky concept but didn't delight. Lobby and staff were fun. Color palette was cool. No breakfast. A/C only came from one side of the room, while the bed was on the other side of a wall so poor airflow. Felt a bit more like a dorm than a hotel if that's the vibe you want - try it 」

「The room was good, clean, and even had little dove bottles of soap and shampoo. Front desk person was very friendly and got us checked in quick. Only complaint was the entire hotel smelled like weed which seems to be a trend in this area. I’ve traveled here a few times and all the hotels smell this way which is awful. Additionally we had to listen to stomping all night long from the floor above us. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t too bad. 」

「Great location for Browns Island concert and downtown. Parking free with hotel key. Yummy crab cake in the 2nd floor restaurant and delicious buffet breakfast for about $20. Such friendly, kind, and helpful staff throughout the hotel. If in the area, definitely would stay again.」
