「Pool area was a disaster they only had one staff member cleaning up. Towels and dirty socks everywhere. Staff so nice but we had to leave our first room due to ants… pretty gross but next room was completely fine」

I put in to come to this establishment to have a nice calm little vacation but the manager in the morning when I got there said over the app cause I mistakenly booked the hotel for the wrong time said I could come there anytime and they will book me in. There were bugs everywhere, including crawling across the furniture. There was hair in the bed, and it was obvious the sheets hadn’t been changed because the bed had clearly been slept in.
