「I recently stayed at the Courtyard Reno Riverfront, and this experience was deeply disappointing—especially as someone who joined Marriott with high expectations. I have been a Hilton Diamond member for years, and I specifically chose to try Marriott to compare the level of service and hospitality. 「Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel.」

「Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean and tidy. The front desk staff were friendly. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The hotel's location is convenient. The only minor drawback is that parking costs extra. It would be ideal if free parking were available.」

「Very good free breakfast」

「very wonderful hotel. The best hotel at Reno.」

「Staffs are friendly and provide really helpful information!」

「thank you.」
