A decent room for a decent price. This property is actually 2 hotels in one U-shaped building (Howard Johnson and Travelodge) and they share a parking lot. The room was clean and had a lightly mod aesthetic. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The free breakfast in the front office wasn't a huge spread but hey, it's free!

Very convenient location in downtown Reno. It was walking distance to everything I needed. The staff were very helpful. The telephones in the room do not work. I was only trying to use the phone to call the front desk to get the wifi password which was not given at check-in. Clean and soundproof facility.

You get what you pay for, convenient location. If you arrive late, there's no parking left. The building is exposed in the center, extremely loud. It sounded like the third circle of hell! Bring your earplugs.

Told deposit would be available immediately at check out then at check out, told 3-5 business days. The gal checking out was way more helpful than checkin in

Parking was tight front desk worker was inconvenienced by taking my money, room had broken lock (panel was open and wires hanging out) and broken shower with almost no water pressure. I’ve stayed in a lot of budget priced hotel rooms and this one ranks in my top five worst experiences. Would not recommend

Horrible. Long story but The front desk was not knowledgeable, and no one knew protocols and just made up stuff as they pleased, and when I tried to address the matter they hung up on me. Would never book or stay with this company again. I escalated my experience to the franchise and they too had issues contacting and communicating with this property.

Didn’t use air conditioner, parking was limited and one night had to park next block in a parking garage. Room was pretty clean just a few things that needed to be better. Outside door was messed up, did shut but would stick when opening cause it was falling apart in the lock and opening area. Mimi fridge could be used but would freeze everything and had a lot of frost and ice build up on freezer part. I’ve seen worse rooms but I’ve also had tons better.

Disgusting property and staff. Bathroom ceiling fell in exposing mold and mildew. Front door didn’t latch properly. Homeless people all over the property. Police activity in parking lot. Drug deals in neighboring rooms all hours of the night. Lights in room were broken. Phone in room didn’t work. No way to contact front desk from room. WiFi didn’t work. Still waiting on a refund.
