Honestly, the best place to stay in Reno. The friendliest staff and always so kind. I will only stay here. Very clean rooms, amazing beds, pet friendly. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

This property is terrific...especially if you're traveling with pets; dogs and cats are welcome and there is no additional charge. There is also a little gated area where you can bring your dog and let them off leash to do their "business." The maintenance person keeps it clean, and must clean the area at least three times daily because whenever I brought my dogs there was no evidence of any earlier "deposits " they made. The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever problems or challenges arose. It wasn't the cleanest place I stayed at, but it was definitely not the dirtiest...I didn't have any feelings about sleeping in the bed or taking a shower. Very pleasant!

The staff was helpful and accommodating. Not their problem that my non smoking room had a smoking accommodation outside the door. Customers used it all night. I could hear since the tv didn’t work. The no micro or fridge was also a surprise but clean property and pleasant helpful staff.

The room was clean, typical hotel. Towels were only enough for 2 ppl. Definitely not enough soap. Tv was horrible. Staff were friendly. I wouldnt stay there again.

The staff was helpful and polite. The room was very clean. The A/C and heat worked great. Nice large tv with working remote. Plenty of hot water while showering. The ONLY complaint I have is with the dog walking area. It's an unmainted dirt area with lots of broken glass, weeds, stickers and dog poop which inconsiderate owners don't pick up. They need to invest in a decent dog area because most of their customers have dogs.
