The room was surprisingly quiet and the bed very comfortable. This was the July 4th weekend, so it was very crowded yet everyone working was friendly, not stressed and very helpful. They let us check in 3 hours early and didn't charge us the usual fee which was much appreciated.

The carpet in the room looks like it’s never been updated. The smell in the room was not that good. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was less than stellar the shower was old and not updated If I had a choice to stay there again I would not.

The staff was great and the elevator was fast, my baby acted like it was an amusement park ride. The parking was convenient for where our room was located. The only issue was that the room itself smelled of smoke even though we were in the casino tower and it was on the other side of the hotel. The smell wasn’t in the hallway, it was specifically in our room. I am not sure if any other rooms smelled that way but it was a strong smell as soon as you opened the door.
