「When I arrived, there was a black bear rummaging through an overflowing trash can. Plus, the room assigned to me had a huge roach on the wall which I saw as soon as I entered. I asked for a different room away from the wooded area where the bear retreated to and a better room that was bug free. The staff person granted my request for which I was very thankful. The breakfast buffet was good and the food was fresh and hot. Overall, I was satisfied after my concerns were addressed.」

「This property is a long way from a true Hilton.. The walls are paper thin, you hear every thing and I do mean everything! No microwaves, or coffee pot in the room. The smells from paint to pot are all abound. Lets talk about the dogs, I love animals, but sometimes they need to stay home. They ranged from poodles to labs and yes they barked. The only amenity I would have liked was a microwave, since we went out hiking and exploring, frequently picked up dinner and we had no way to heat it up. Seems like it was a room upgrade if you wanted a microwave. But the staff was helpful and the location was very central to Town and the Biltmore Estate. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn.」
