「Property felt well-maintained, no apparent issues. 」

「Desk chair was busted. Management didn’t clear the snow away from the front of the building! Had to drag suitcase through snow piles to get to room. Will I stay here again? NO!! And I would suggest others stay away also! 」

「This is the 2nd time I stayed at this hotel recently. Upon first glance, the room looked spotless, but the first bed I turned down to sleep in had dirt or something on the sheets. No biggie, the other bed was clean and it was just me. The staff was very friendly (especially Cindy at the front desk who even let me and my associate check into our rooms early).
