「For the most part the resort is okay but be prepared to spend a lot of money on food unless you go off the resort. It’s not all that convenient. I wanted to have a relaxing weekend. The pool area is nice but you have to get there early to get a lounge chair. There just aren’t enough for the number of guests they host on the grounds. 「The Global Ambassador is amazing. The rooms are beautiful and extremely well appointed right down to the Dyson hairdryers. Excellent service complimentary the beautiful property. A+ luxury hotel.」

「I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.」
