"It’s extremely quiet, clean, and comfortable."

"Excellent staff and property was being remodeled. Stayed in a fabulous room although it was far away. I exoressed i had mobility issues and had to go to my car twice. Not any carts i could find. I ended up walking over 3000 steps. I did but it was a lot. I didnt get a sense that there was a belhop or someone to help."

"Kiosk at check in did not work properly and was having issues printing room keys. Staff was very helpful assisting at check in and printing out room keys. Nice big newly renovated room."

"Very appreciative of the breakfast and the receptionists, a plus for sure. Our room was pleasant and very clean. My family was very dissapointed to learn the pool was not available during our entire 3-day stay. We travelled from far and I booked specifically because of the pool. I was also dissapointed that the hotel did/does not offer free parking to it's guests-this is a first for me. In all our stays in Vegas, we've never paid for parking; the vast majority of hotels do not charge. Be ready to pay a waping $21 per day for parking."

"Stayed at the Palms Place Thursday-Monday in March. Check in was a breeze. We stayed on floor 36. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the walk in glass shower with a rain head faucet and the water got HOT…. Loved it. There was a whole kitchenette with refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and an island. There was a couch and sitting area separate from the bed. I was able to log in and watch Netflix. The view overlooked the Las Vegas strip. Amazing views of the sunrise and everything lit up at night. Blackout curtains were nice when needed. Used the gym everyday. The pool was open but every hot tub, cabana, and chair was full so we didn’t have a place to sit and opted out of the pool. Breakfast buffet was $50 per person, but there was a Denny’s next door so we walked there for the 2/$19 3 course dinner. No promotions at the casino for new members but a nice place to stay. "
