「My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. 「The staff was very nice and friendly. However, the room door didnt lock and the joining room door didnt lock either, so they had the wardrobe blocking the door just enough the next door neighbors couldn't get into our room. We definitely weren't safe from having visitors. The toilet flushed if you held it down a few times but it took some extra effort. The breakfast wasn't great either but we won't complain when its complimentary. I wouldn't stay there ever again but it sufficed for a bed to...

I’ve been here before and the business office never has a computer available to use. Told attendant that there was a strong marijuana smell in the hallway on second floor. I thought this was a no smoking facility much less marajuana!」

「By far the best Hilton I've ever stayed in. The heirloom restaurant is probably some of the best food I've had in my life. Would stay here again without hesitation and would encourage folks to do the same」

「Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left 」

「Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. Pillows were stained. Staff was great though. I didnt tell them these issues because i dont like being "that guy"」
