「The room was not as clean as I expected. When we arrived, I noticed hair on the bathroom counter, the refrigerator was dirty, the microwave door was left open, and there was black curly hair on top of the refrigerator. The air conditioning worked well, but the cleanliness was disappointing. The biggest issue happened the next morning when my 3year-old woke up with multiple bites after sleeping in the bed. 「Pulled back covers and found large stained area on sheets. Went to front desk and was offered another room on higher floor but elevators were not working. Was told house keeping was not available to replace bedding. So I booked another hotel and left 」

「Great hotel in a quaint neighborhood! Room and property were clean and staff provided great service, including a glass of champagne at check-in! This was also the perfect location to see the fireworks. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Monroe!」
