「My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. When I ask about breakfast they did have it but it cost $15 for buffet or you could order off menu.. But when I pay over 500 for 2 nights, I expect free breakfast..
