「I made my reservations on June 16 for a June 26 arrival. On my arrival, I find that the elevator is not working and has been out for a month. I should have been told this upfront so I would have had the choice of choosing another hotel if no room was available on the first floor. I have mobility issues and stairs are a real issue for me. The clerk was extremely apologetic and after checking with maid service, she said if I could wait a half hour or so, she could get me on the second floor...

「My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. This made the sleeping arrangements inadequate for the number of guests included in the reservation. Additionally, the elevator was out of service, creating a major inconvenience during our stay. Furthermore, the toilet was not functioning properly and had to be manually plunged every time it was used, which...

「This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in a while, looked newly renovated, clean room, smelled good. Walking distance to multiple restaurants. Safe area. Will be our new regular when visiting there for tournaments.」

「The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Odd that there are no ones in the room to call the front desk. There aren’t any blow dryers in the room so I asked house keeping. They got me on but it was 45 minutes later. My hair was already dry by then. (This makes for a bad hair day):(. I could tell they had cleaned but it looked like they just mopped anything on the floor to a corner. The sofa in our room was so stained I would not sit on it for anything. Gross. I did sleep well in the bed...
