Furniture was old but clean.. room was very clean.. they were working in water my first day which left me with cold water to shower in and then no water to brush my teeth.. talk to the management and all was good.. very friendly and communicative… which was great! Would stay again… the room being greatly clean, was important to me.. the furniture, even old, still was clean…. Staff was great and very friendly

The place is a bit worn down but you get ehat you pay for. The things that really matter to me where nice like comphy bed and pillows. The shower head and pressure were nove too. There were a few light bulbs blown out and the sink didn't drain properly but i would stay again while on a budget. Staff was friendly

The stajff was very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness was pretty good. The amenities were lacking. No toilet paper in the bathroom. One Small bar of soap for 2 people for 2 days.

Location was fine. Hotel conditions were poor. Dirty and run down. Mattress was not comfortable. Mattress cover was dirty and stained. Bathtub had jets. Disgusting! What hotel has jetted tubs. Bottom of tub was filthy. Thought it might have been stains. But no, it would have come up with some scrubbing. There was some gummy candies crushed into the carpet. Plain gross! Just say no to this one. Pictures don't lie.

The customer service was phenomenal. Staff very helpful and friendly. The facility was not very clean, it had an awful smell of dirt and pee in the halls. The breakfast was terrible, little to no effort put into having a decent breakfast. The indoor pool was a murky color resembling a swamp. Our beds were half made and there was blood on our bed. We also didn’t have towels in our room.

My stay was to perfection. Quiet, peace, fun, and very comfortably!!! Staff at the front desk were amazing!! Some of Housekeeping could be better with their attitude but they were doing a great job as well!! The breakfast provider made me feel welcomed as if it was bed in breakfast n stayed on top of breakfast items!! The water from a visual eye was not too good but hey it’s west Monroe that’s normal, still felt good!!! 9/10 Good Job wingate!!

No suitcase rack. No tub stopper (you might as well just take the tub out and put in a walk-in shower). Traffic on I-20 very much heard. But it felt safe, and it's convenient.

Needs a reboot!

I don't typically leave a bad review... but this was not a good stay. The check-in dude was beyond helpful. After that it went south! A roach under the fridge... No middle sheet between the mattress cover and the comforter... I've stayed here 6 or so times. If Wyndham actually owns this property then they need to seriously do some refresh! IT'S OLD!
