「Was a lovely place. Everything was digital (entrance doors, room) and since we booked through Expedia, we were unable to access the messages that explained check in. We were lucky that friends of ours checked in earlier and gave us the number to call to get access codes. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Had ear plugs and a noise machine that were appreciated. Location was great, very walkable, but finding the place was a bit of a challenge…better signage for the hotel and parking...

「No front desk staff on site. Phone front desk was quick to pick up and help. Biggest issue was the significant ant problem in the unit. Hotel was already aware of this issue. I brought it up with front desk who said manager would call us back. Received no call, apology, remedy.」

The location was excellent and check-in was smooth, but the cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns. There were ants throughout the kitchen/living area, we had to kill more than a dozen bugs during our stay, and there were spiderwebs, dust, and a general level of grime throughout the apartment.
