Independent West Coast of Fuerteventura hotels

"This hotel was very large, with lots of steps to get anywhere. Only one pool was heated, the smaller pool, and the beds around that pool filled quickly. The food for British visitors was limited and the one shop was not permitted to sell drinks. We were able to purchase water from reception, but other than the bars, there is nothing else local. We got taxi’s too and from jandia centre several times. The hotel staff were really pleasant and accommodating. I found the room cold at night and they brought 3 additional duvets. They were always helpful and kind. The staff in the dining room and on the pool bar were lovely, I just found the hotel a little too big. The room was always cleaned well and we had a really pleasant stay. "

"Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and the spa in particular is well worth a visit. The rooms were fine and the pool area is nice in the sun. Drink options are quite varied with an upcharge for branded drinks which is expected on an all inclusive. The food was average, breakfast probably the best out of the 3 main meals. Food was quite badge and bland with not masses of choice but it was average. "

"This is advertised as a 5 Star property. However, there were a number of disappointing issues: A number of the on site restaurants were closed, the Wi-Fi in the room stopped working half way through our holiday, the 'Fun Pub' was only open between 20:00 & Midnight and was closed completely on Wednesday & Friday. The squash court was closed and the two treadmills were in a poor state of repair."

"Apart from a bit of an inconvenience on the first of the six nights we spent there, which was the noise from the generators turned on in the morning due to a power outage, I rate the stay as very enjoyable. Friendly staff, adequate room standard, cleanliness, quality and choice of food (all-inclusive offer), entertainment—everything met our expectations. "

"Clean rooms made up every day. Lovely resort. Pools could be warmer but then that's standard for all outdoor pools. I expected the indoor pool to be warmer than the outdoor though and it isn't. Gym is very dated and could do with modernising, but having said that still a better offer than most places. Second year we've been back so despite the small points it's clear we enjoy the place and woundn't hesitate to return. Not sampled the food there or the all inclusive so can't comment on that. "
