Jedoch war die Außenanlage nicht richtig vom Schnee und gefrorenem geräumt, dass es demzufolge spiegelglatt war und eine Mitreisende unmittelbar beim Heruntergehen der Außentreppenstufen zu Fall kam :-( Deshalb unserer dringender Appell was zu tun, bevor weitere Personen stürzen, sich ernsthaft verletzen und bleibende Schäden davon tragen z.B. m.d. Kopf auf die Treppenstufen fallen :-(」

「Paid for 3 nights, only stayed for 1. Shower drain was blocked with no staff around to help. This place is unmanned. Right on frankfurter alle with only a curtain. Extremely noisy and very cheap looking but still cost approx €200 euros for 3 nights. Woulf not recommend 」

「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. I would like to say thanks for everything in this hotel.🙏」
