「Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, dafür dankeschööön. Jedoch war die Außenanlage nicht richtig vom Schnee und gefrorenem geräumt, dass es demzufolge spiegelglatt war und eine Mitreisende unmittelbar beim Heruntergehen der Außentreppenstufen zu Fall kam :-( Deshalb unserer dringender Appell was zu tun, bevor weitere Personen stürzen, sich ernsthaft verletzen und bleibende Schäden davon tragen z.B. m.d. Kopf auf die Treppenstufen fallen :-(」
