「Walked in around noon and the front desk employee was on her cell phone. I waited, and when she didn’t acknowledge me, I said hello. She responded in a rude and clearly annoyed tone, “Can I help you?” as if I was bothering her. I explained that I had a reservation, and she simply said, “Come back after 3:00,” with no effort to assist or provide any courtesy. Very poor customer service. 「My mother’s room had throw up on the chair and bathroom smelled like sewage. My room had stains all over the sofa. Just didn’t feel overall clean. Resort fee is $55 a night and felt high for no real amenities. 」
