「Location is good, just a minute next to the station. Receptionists welcomed us with a sweet and kind smile. I like the welcome mint that placed at the lift lobby. The room (Suite) is very spacious. I like the shower very much. It relaxs me a lot after exploring the city. Suggest to add a door for the washroom and bathroom to give more privacy while someone is using them. People at Living Room can see the people naked after shower. We stayed at 11/F and found it is a bit complicated to...

This is the first time I’ve stayed in a room without boxed tissues, a refrigerator, or even a trash can (or bag) in the bathroom. Very disappointing! After speaking with two front desk staff...
