It is close to the A44 motorway and on a fairly busy main road but the (ground floor) room was quiet and peaceful, the traffic noise not noticeable. Staff happy helpful and friendly. Everything was working, well maintained with large TV, wifi, free parking. King size bed enormous and comfortable. Good value dinner one evening.
