Very friendly and helpful staff, the shuttle service was easy to find and a big plus coming from and going to the airport, room was clean and the bed was comfy. The bus line passes across the street and takes you all the way to Museumplein. Overall a great experience.

I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Room was perfect, one of the nicest and cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in. Location was perfect, very close to the central station. Staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
