"The communication was poor. I had asked a query multiple times in the chat but only got an automated response. The check in process took 25 minutes even though I had checked in online as requested by the hotel. The self check in kiosks at the hotel are just for show and don't really work. I had booked a room with a double bed but was first offered a room with two single beds. After insisting that I had made a booking in advance and checking in online, I was later given a room with a double bed. The bathroom drains in the shower were clogged and the water took some time to drain. The room was really warm and you can only adjust the thermostat to 3° cooler than the set room temperature which was still very warm. We didn't get to use the steam or sauna because of the fact that you need to inform the staff one hour in advance before you use it. I would assume guests who are there for business or leisure should be able to use this at a shorter notice around 15 minutes with the switch easily accessible for guests. The breakfast cost €19.50. It was a decent spread with cold cuts, cheese, a few bakery items and a bit of warm food options. Wasn't impressed at the cost for the available spread. The location was great as we wanted a quieter spot but on hindsight I would pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else if I could."

"Perfect place to stay when wanting to be close to the airport. Rooms are large with pullout beds and modern feel. The offer a shuttle service to and from the airport which was very convenient and helpful! "

"The area is incredibly quiet at night, so no trouble sleeping. The hotel room was quiet as well. There is no shopping or restaurants nearby, but the hotel does have a restaurant. Walk to the train station is about 15 minutes."
