"Slap bang in the middle of the centre of the hague..walking distance to trams and buses. Great helpful staff . Beds a bit hard for me personally and pillows could be a bit better and also towels need to be bigger . Otherwise comfortable stay "

"The hotel is in an excellent location any The Metro is nearby to access all areas of Rotterdam. In the same building there is the food hall which has a variety of food outlets in it. The bar in the hotel only opens on Friday and Saturdays (out of season?)"

"The front desk agent (long hair with a Spanish accent) was not willing to honor my booking for the family room that I had paid in advance for (listed as sleeping 4). He argued with me for 45 minutes that I had only booked a triple room for 3 people, and that they also called that a “family room”. It took me showing screenshots of how the room was advertised online( family room = sleeps 4, triple room= sleeps 3) until he finally agreed to give us an additional single room for the other person. It was a very bad experience, and I’m glad I had documentation or he would not have obliged. It created a lot of stress because it was a business trip with colleagues and I was late to a business dinner."

"The hotel is clean although after a 7 day stay the floor in the room wasn’t cleaned once. The bedding wasn’t changed either. The servicing of the room was minimal but it did take place every other day. I ordered a birthday cake which was €12.50 and was even asked for a name of the recipient. All that arrived on the day was a small puck sized chocolate molten cake that was lukewarm. No candle or name. Looked like it came from the restaurant as a dessert option. The staff are friendly and the bed comfortable but only king size in the suites. The balcony is a nice option. The amenities are very minimal."

"Room was very cold heating controls were broken shower alternated between very hot and very cold with just the slightest touch on the taps curtains were very difficult to close and confusion at checkout over payment i still have not received any invoice"
