Great experience

The only thing I didn't love about this hotel was the organisation of the breakfast buffet - there was kind of no place to sit and eat! Fresh hotel, super comfy beds and pillows, loved the room and the view!

This property is in a great location near the central train station as well as near shopping and dining. After a long flight in from Canada the hotel was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early which we very much appreciated considering the time difference we were dealing with.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, very clean and quiet and offers a great continental breakfast. Very close to the Centraal Station in The Hague and close to numerous restaurants and shopping all within easy walking distance.

Nice hotel in downtown

Great location. The room was spacious and the view fantastic. Everything was well organised except for breakfast, which I have to say it was at times very chaotic. The restaurant was too small and the way the food was served was not very smooth. Not enough staff working there either.

This property is located conveniently near the Den Haag central train station (5 minutes away) and 5 minutes away from plenty of shopping and dining options. The staff at the front desk were helpful and the breakfast included with the night stay is very good. We stayed at this property last year with no room issues but this year there were some minor room maintenance issues that were addressed by the hotel usually in a timely manner with one or two exceptions.

Excellent one-night stay

I added on a one-night stay last-minute during a vacation in the Netherlands. It was excellent. There was an amazing view of the city from the room, it was a central location, and the breakfast was very good, even with my dietary restrictions. There was a small issue with the shower, but it still worked fine and the staff took note to address it.

High rise living!

Locating the entrance is problematic. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was great, large bed, seating area and kitchen is well appointed. Great bathroom. Housekeeping was great. Well located for Den Haag public transport options. Breakfast, had limited options, all food was tasty, complimentary tea and coffee available all day.

Perfect location for exploring Den Haag and the surrounding area, Central Station only a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety of food outlets, although note that a lot seem to close early (20.00 - 21.00). Hotel rooms are spacious and very well equipped and maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can be very busy, so choose your breakfast time wisely!! Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Den Haag.

Good location near Den Haag-Centraal

Very new facility, near Den Haag-Centraal but no noise. Shares location with The Moxy Hotel, so a bit hard to find the first time. There is construction around the front of the hotel but is not too bothersome. Good breakfast. Only issue was that we were double-charged for our (prepaid) stay, and had to followup from home to get a refund. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

Lovely view of the city although some noise from emergency vehicles and trams even on the 16th floor. Room aircon ok but still a little warm. Noise from doors closing in corridor. Dirty dishes stacked up with food and residue in cupboard. Some staining to rug. Comfy and clean bed.

I arrived late, and no one was there to meet me. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to check me in, which wasn’t pleasant as I had been travelling a long time. My room had a weird smell in the bathroom. The kitchen plugs stopped working during my visit, so I couldn’t use coffee machines. The gym was open at 9am, which wasn’t very good for me on a work trip to use before having to start my working day. The facilities were nice while they worked fully. Over all the experience wasn’t unpleasant as a whole but the small issues made things less pleasant for me

Best

If you are planning to stay long in the town it is the best option. The breakfast is very good. You can take it to your room and eat as you want. During the first hour of the breakfast there are more options but by 10 am you will have less type of food served so I recommend going early to choose whatever you like. The room and dishes often cleaned by the ladies very good. Coffee machine in the room has a selection of nespresso capsules. You can also get drinks from the lobby area from morning till night. Common areas are really cozy and silent. Nice to do your work or reading while enjoying a glass of tea/coffee. The view from the gym is so amazing. The stuff is kind. I wished to stay more there. The only down side is one of my mails kinda got lost. The sender says they sent it to the right address and the hotel says the address is right but they never received it. Be careful when you provide your address there. If you booked the hotel from hotels.com it is not count for marriot bonvoy points, you cant earn points. There is extra tax to be paid when you are checking in to the hotel
