"This was one of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy! There were roaches crawling on the nightstand. Eew! The continental breakfast was a joke!! One banana and 2 prepackaged pastries. No juice. I will be requesting a full refund"

"Jill the front desk attendant was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Did not get her name but she kept the area stocked and clean the whole time even with a bunch of high school age kids coming in "

"Shower floor has slope opposite of drain so water would not drain & glass slidng door would not stay closed. Breakfast is good, nothing spectacular but good. Yogurts ran out within the 1st hour. Friends stayed in other rooms & their rooms (showers) had no issues. I would stay at this location again. "

"It’s too bad this hotel is located directly across from the train tracks. Beware it runs every 1-2 hours and all hours of the night. It is extremely loud. We stayed with our two children and got horrible sleep."

"I still have not received a receipt for my stay which I need for my business records. I was told by a chat “helper” that I would get one but no luck. Very disappointed!"
