"Very Old, Clean but not updated in a long time. Carpets old. Small rooms. Breakfast was OK"

"Unfortunately I didn't realise there would be so many dogs there, more so with owners that we're inconsiderate. We had a dog wailing and barking from 7pm - 8pm, more of an annoyance than anything, but the same dog was then wailing from 7am - 7.45am on Sunday morning, which was completely inconsiderate, I didn't need to be up at 7am. The hotel itself was nice enough but ruined by some of the guests"

"The room was airy and clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast was superb. The car parking was a bit tight. It was a great place to stay to explore Warwick with everything in walking distance. We had a great stay. "

"A really good base to explore Leamington and catch up with family nearby. Staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to check in early; breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked to order; beds comfy; parking an absolute bonus (but car park fills up quickly). No restaurant but thete are so many within easy walking distance, tjis wasn't a problem at all. The bar looked good but we didn't try it. We will stay here again. Thank you."

"Friendly staff, comfy bed, great location in the centre of Warwock. Room 4 is quite small, and was affected by the noise from a nearby extractor fan being turned on and off at various points in the night, and in the morning cooking smells were coming into the room. I would ask to avoid this room when booking again."
