「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「The moment we walked in to the hotel we knew it wasn’t going to be like any of our previous trips! It’s very in your face and eccentric. But not in a bad way at all! It was so much more fun than the other corporate boring hotels that you find across other parts of London! The staff were very friendly and attentive. 「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」
