「This apartment was perfectly located near the historical center. It was two stories with a great layout. The washer/dryer functioned very well. The beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were very nice. There is a large grocery store steps away. The apartment was cold. I used the portable heater in my bedroom at night and that seemed to help. I highly recommend this apartment.」

「The hotel is a quiter part of the central district and how we ended up here is because a previous hotel was very cold and super loud. This hotel is quiet and warm in room (cold in rest of communal areas - they donhave space heaters for breakfast). Speaking of breakfast is was a step up from typical offerings from other hotels in this class. Bed was comfortable, staff was great, location good. 「This was a beautiful room, looked just like the pictures. Excellent water pressure and hot water was abundant. Breakfast was beyond excellent with them making our meals from scratch from a menu. Location was very convient as well. My entire family enjoyed this stay and would stay here again.」

「We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful and the river is nearby and soothing to listen to. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with so much food. They even let us leave our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu. A great place to stay!」

「Not worth the price. Shower is not situated properly without flooding the floor. Did not know the water had flooded the floor and stepped out and almost fell. Dangerous for someone not aware.」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」
