「The room smelled strongly of smoke. the pillows were much too flat and stink so bad. There was too much noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms late at night, making it impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were indifferent to my requests and unhelpful when I asked for changing the room. The breakfast buffet is so bad.」

I came back at 2:50 thinking she could begin the check-in process. I was told to wait the additional 10 mins, which I did. When I got checked in and started putting my things away, I realized the worker had put me in a handicapped room so I went back downstairs to address it since I booked through Expedia and didnt reserve this type of...
