「Perfectly located for the National Civil Rights Museum and not far from restaurants and other venues. But it was noisy at night when people were leaving the restaurant and bar in the hotel and standing around (maybe waiting for the valet?). 」

「It's a lovely hotel located in a good area in Memphis, I was just in and out but I really appreciated the kindness of Chris at the front desk. My only issue was a parking fee that wasn't disclosed to me, however the woman working the next morning amended this, which was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this property, the old train station atmosphere and lively bar area downstairs is great. I would say if you're squeamish to live music/DJ's or generally a little boring in general, go stay...

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「There was nothing unique about the property. The clerk allowed me to check-in 1 hour early. I had been driving all day. That was helpful. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my weekend. 」

「We truly enjoyed our stay at Hu Hotel. We wanted to be close enough to walk to Beale St and far enough away. It was absolutely the perfect location. Very quiet , rooms were clean and staff was very nice and helpful! The only issue we had was ice. You had to ask for ice on the first floor. Not a huge complaint. Just a little inconvenience. But would definitely recommend and stay here again. 」

It appeared like it had not been vacuumed at all and right outside of our door, there were some crushed chips of some sort. Someone did come the next day and spotted it and vacuumed that up. 」
