"Upscale and incredibly comfortable. This felt like a true upgrade from standard condos. The memory foam beds were heavenly, and the AC kept the place perfectly cool. "Our stay was amazing. The staff and service were absolutely off the charts. The newly opened spa was the nicest I have ever been in. The food at the adult pool and service by the bar staff was impeccable. The main thing that stuck out to me was the genuine kindness and pride that the staff puts into their work. They make you feel special and valued. The canoe experience with the beach staff was so fun. We hated leaving :(. We will be back as this is truly paradise. Thanks for making our stay so special! Mahalo!"

"Our flight was delayed so I have to call the hotel and inform them that I will be arriving the next day. The front desk I spoke over the phone and the one who entertained me during check in was very polite, friendly and accommodating. The hotel was great especially walking distance to all the nice locations in the area. Easy access and very clean. 100% would recommend this hotel."
