「This was a beautiful villa across the street from the grand wailea. Booking included full use of the resort, which was excellent. Included was a shuttle service with uber-like app that we could use to go anywhere within a 1 mile radius. This was a great stay」

「The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping...

「We did not have beach view and parking was very easy. Room was clean but they are going through a severe bug problem from the Maui floods, its not their fault and the staff was very kind and changed us to a better room. 」

「Eva was great. We spoke a few times. She did have fresh fruit and breakfast items for us. The suite was comfortable. 」

「Pros: Biggest plus at this condo was location -- steps from the beach, dining, shops, etc. One bedroom condo was also very clean when we arrived, well supplied, and spacious. Great pool, especially midday when everyone is at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of tp. Condo was quiet and beautiful landscaping provides a lot of privacy. Cons: No view so we did not spend time on the lanai. Water filter needs replacing; no through the door chilled water while we were there....

It's clear the team takes real pride in the property. Speaking of the team — wow. Any question we had was answered quickly and warmly. They felt less like a property management company and more like locals who actually wanted us to have the best trip possible.」
