「Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. 「The Fiji Orchid is a lovely relaxed hotel with 6 villas tucked amongst lush greens. The staff are incredibly warm and helpful. There is no useable beach nearby and you need a vehicle to go anywhere off the property but it’s near 2 towns and several attractions. There is always someone available to drive you. It’s very convenient to the airport so it’s a good choice for a few nights on the big island. 」

「We arrived late on our flight due to delays and could not find the number to contact host, when we finally got our host Moses he was accommodating and put us in another of his apartments because he thought we were a no show! The place is a 10/10 Fijian owned and great hospitality! He accommodated us well. The place was so central and was walking distance to shops and eateries. Place is clean, spacious kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom, toilet and rooms very clean and beds comfortable....

「The converted shipping containers are marvelous. The manager, Jo, and his wife Mary and the rest of the family that tends to the property are amazing. Will definitely be returning. This propertu is pretty much countryside so you're going to find things in their most natural state. However, it is an unforgettable experience. 」
