「This is quite a difficult review to write. On one hand, we had a small problem with the hot water(which was fixed promptly in the middle of the night) and the catering could be a bit slow at times. On the other hand, most of the staffs here would take every opportunity to make your stay better. Promptly responding to each of our request and providing knowledges about the islands and wildlifes. The view and property layout just brilliant and very friendly and helpful staff that helped out with a phone call away. The pool is just gorgeous too! Thank you - we will be back. 」
