Staff were lovely. Room had some kind muck on the bed frame which i cleaned myself. Shower leaked. Both things i told Staff when checking out. Overall, the place is a bit run down and dated. Expect more with the price they charge.

Clean room, great facilities (pool, gym, self serve laundry service), great location, bus stops to and from the city a short walk away. Most tour guides offered a pick up service from the hotel. However, pillows were not very comfortable, woke up with a stiff neck most mornings. Water in the room would not go cold, only lukewarm. Morning breakfast buffet was sufficient, but food was stale even if you arrive early in the morning.

Our room was clean and quiet.The staff were helpful and friendly. However we cannot recommend the breakfast buffet. The hot food was barely luke warm and not very pleasant to eat. We only ate there the 1 time as we were very unimpressed and worried about food poisoning due to the temperature of the food presented.
