"Our stay was for business. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and quiet. We appreciated all the fine details provided for checkin and check out. Our hosts were very responsive.
We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle. "
"Enjoyed my stay, rooms were very clean and so was the bathroom. Was a great place to lay my head after running around Seattle and Washington all day for a decent price. "
"great location, its sort of suite styled, where you have a bedroom, private bathroom and can use the communal kitchen and access the roof. nice home overall."
"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "
"Not the cleanest place. Silver fish in bathroom.
Dirty carpet
Dusty
But the people I booked with were so great.
Neighbors are not welcoming
Parking was horrible"

"This was a beautiful property. We were in Seattle during the most devastating time of our lives and these owners were so wonderful with us. They went above and beyond for our family. The unit itself was in excellent condition, very clean and in excellent location. The beds were all very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. "
