「The pool was Excellent. We did Not Use the laundry Room. Room was Extremely Clean. And very comfortable. But my husband and I both tripped on the stopper on the floor in front of the shower tub. And the hot water in the shower was backwards. So HOT WAS COLD. COLD WAS HOT. ROOM. 310」

「Room was unclean with someone else’s clothes left in a drawer when we arrived. Staff was prompt and friendly when we asked them to clean room I specifically booked to use the pool and booked several months in advance . An email would have been nice of the pool closure. During out stay . 」

「rooms clean, pool water is usually cold doesn't get alot of sun. have to go outside to gate to unlock before entering. Everyone is very nice & helpful. The Tina cooks the breakfast and gets everything ready. She is amazing and does a wonderful job. Friendly, offering to get you more coffee or food. Always in a good mood. Looked forward every morning seeing her.」

「酒店各方面都还不错，但是赶上停车场正在施工，没有提供足够的停车位，以至于回到酒店没有地方放车，与酒店人员沟通也不太顺畅，酒店的人不管。最后只能把车放在了不是停车位的地方。我觉得既然停车场施工酒店的工作人员应该批出其他地方供旅客停车。以减少不便。」

「Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers...

「The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.」

「Key wasn’t in lockbox when we arrived, had to wait outside for a long time with my children. And I had to drive to Walmart to take them to use the restroom. Fans were full of dust. Toilet was clogged and dirty. Shower handle from master bedroom was broken, dirty dishes, ants. Pillowcases full of dust. 」

「I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. 」

「We arrived way earlier than check in due to our schedule changing at the last minute. Plus, our online special request wasn’t received by the hotel. The staff was so pleasant & accommodating. They got us a room & ended up having to change it due to my service dog. That was the special request. However, while looking to get us into a room, ASAP, that would accommodate my dog, she found one that was just cleaned & allowed for dogs.
