Only Rent is property if you are okay with the following: Unclean patio dim or non operatable lights in the rooms no Iron provided (was explicitly told that the host does not provide irons) TV with no remote and uses Roku and constantly re-boots thus is usable. must use a Roku mobile app that shows ads every 4 clicks listening to crickets through the vents at night. If you are fine with the above, feel free to make a reservation.

We checked in to the first unit and found it to be dirty so we contacted the company. They moved us to another unit that the keypad code did not work so we had to call to figure out how to get in after standing in the heat. Once we got in we encountered another not clean unit. Blinds were filthy. Vertical blinds were broken so anyone walking by could see in to where we were. It’s got a musty yucky smell about the unit. We chose to stay as we were tired and told that someone would be by in the morning to address the issue. No one ever came. It served its purpose and we slept there but we definitely paid way too much and won’t go back again. We have family that come to town often and were hoping this would be our go to place for out of town guests but I guess a hotel will be a better choice.

The room was extremely small with only 1 window, which was on the front door. I do not recommend the Basic Studio Suite. The room was clean but the furniture is sparse and could use updating. Amenities for the kitchen were minimal.

Not awful but not great, said there would be a code pot there was not! The check in process needs to be better communicated with the host the keyless door locks worked once then didn’t recognize the code I was given.

Upon check in I observed a filthy unit according to my standards. Pillows were yellow and stained blankets and sheeting were dirty, which I rewashed everything. Patio was dirty with trash, books, cigarette butts and marijuana butts etc, which I cleaned up.Spider webs everywhere on patio.Patio door was dirty with stains looked like someone pissed all over door. All baseboards were covered in dirt which I also cleaned. The kitchen was also dirty, the counters were filthy and I discovered old food in the oven and old food in the cabinets which I left unused. Establishment needs new housekeeping who know how to clean properly. I’ve stayed here before a couple years ago the establishment was very clean no problems, thats why I chose to stay here, next time I probably will stay in a hotel. I felt let down considering they charged me two non refundable deposits for my stay considering I had to properly cleaned their unit upon arrival.
