「When searching for a hotel we selected the Palazzo Nainer because of the central location and the reviews from previous guests. This hotel is a great Boutique property that the staff make it outstanding! From Carmen at the front desk allowing our early check in when our rooms were ready and suggesting the tastiest ( and warning of the worst) restaurants. Hajji from the restaurant greeting us with a cappuccino and positive beginning to every day, until the our last day when Madeleine took over...

「The room was beautiful! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and enough space for all 4 of us . The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend to everyone, particularly families wanting safety, and peace, whilst still in the midst of things. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, with good communication from before we even arrived. Brilliant!」
